Simon joined OPTrust in 2011 and leads the North American infrastructure and private equity investment activities. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments, driving portfolio company value creation, and managing exit strategies. Simon also oversees the Private Market Group’s North American team and strategic direction, and serves as a voting member of the Private Markets Group Investment Committee.
Simon holds an honours business administration degree from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and has completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
