Alison joined OPTrust in 2020 and leads the organization’s climate change strategy, Responsible Investing program and sustainable incubation portfolio. Prior to OPTrust, she was involved in building, growing and leading high-impact, purpose-driven businesses and organizations, including in financial services, media, education and health care. Alison has degrees from Queen’s University and the Harvard Kennedy School and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute for Corporate Directors. She is the recipient of the Queen’s Gold and Diamond Jubilee Medals for service to Canada and was named one of Women’s Executive Network’s 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.
